Frequently Asked Questions

What time can I drop off my child at camp?

Check-in will begin at 2:00 pm Saturday, June 20th, 2026.

What time can I pick up my child from camp?

Check out will be at 10 am on Wednesday, June 24th, 2026

Can my child bring money? Will there be a snack bar?

Yes! There is a snack bar that is open almost all day. You can send cash with your student. We have the option of a "banker" and you can set a daily limit on how much they spend if you feel like you need to. If they have any money leftover at the end it will be returned to them.

Can my child bring their cell phone or tablet?

It is HIGHLY recommended that your child does not bring any electronic devices for a plethora of reasons.  If you do send them with a cell phone, please have a conversation with them about only using it to call home if needed. We want them to make friends and experience camp.

Will there be showers for my child?

Yes, we bring in portable shower stalls with hot water for your child to use every day.

What should my child pack?

  • Air mattress or Cot

  • Blankets (it can get cold at night)

  • Pillow

  • Warm pajamas

  • Modest play clothing (they will be playing sports and other activities during the day)

  • Church clothes ( your child does not need to dress up for night church, but most of the time the students like to get in their "church clothes" for night service.)

  • Snack bar money (if wanted)

  • Extension cord if you need power (hair tools, air mattress, chargers etc.)

  • Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shower shoes, towel, etc.)
